Our mission is in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet and in partnership with Benedictine Health System, Nazareth Living Center participates in the healing mission of Jesus by ministering with compassion and responding creatively to the needs of aging persons.

The CMT is responsible for providing resident/patient care as required and performing medication administration and various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse.

Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families, and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications Required

• In good standing with the State Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Complete required training and meet state requirements for medication administration.
• Have good communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Qualifications Preferred

• Previous hospital or long term care experience.
• CPR certified.
