The CMA II-CMA III is responsible for providing resident/patient care as required and performing medication administration and various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse.

Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families, and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications Required

• In good standing with the State Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Complete required training and meet state requirements for medication administration.
• Have good communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Qualifications Preferred

• Previous hospital or long term care experience.
• CPR certified.
