The Business Office Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of claims and billing to all payers.
Monitors accounts receivable balance to keep within corporate standards. Performs month end accounts receivable and resident trust activities according to the month end checklist. Monitors the integrity of the aging and collection process and assists in reconciling any discrepancies between the accounts receivable system and the general ledger. Manages the selection, training, development, and performance of staff to retain a professional and motivated team.
