The Culinary Events Coordinator is responsible for all Campus Events, including set-up, break down, billing, and menu planning. The Coordinator also works closely with the Monestery, and Caters to the needs of the Sisters', and their guests. Coordinator must have pristine time management, and Customer Service skills, along with being able to monitor multiple events within any given day/week, along with pop-up events.
The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for the weekly ordering of food and supplies for the department.
Trains new employees, and ensures the quality standards set by the State/Federal/BHS are met. Directs, monitors, identifies, and delegates tasks to culinary staff. Prevents food borne illness by demonstrating the knowledge of and following the sanitation standards.
