Manage daily operations of an Independent Living Housing setting or for designated functions within a Housing with Services setting, (generally not to include clinical service oversight) within parameters of established policies/procedures, regulations, and standards of practice; and in keeping with the mission and values of the organization. Supervise and direct the work of assigned associates. Create and maintain a high level of tenant and associate satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing and strategic plans in collaboration with Administrator/CEO.
Directs the hiring evaluation, counseling, and termination of housing associates, including coaching staff that are participating in a succession development plan and adhering to affirmative action requirements.
Develops, articulate and implement community vision and strategic planning in alignment with the BHS Quality Agenda. Promote and model integration of Mission and Values in operational management, communications and public relations. Ensures ongoing integration of Quality Standards. Ensures that care and service resources in assigned areas of responsibility are in place and are appropriate within defined program parameters. Provide leadership to ensure that care and service is directed and delivered to meet BHS Standards and Policies within resource abilities. Coordinate move-in, move-out for tenants to ensure smooth transitions. Plans and monitors financial operations in areas of responsibility to ensure utilization of community resources in a fiscally responsible manner; whereby working towards long term sustainability. Oversees financial services as assigned. Budget planning and rate setting may be expected. Establishes and implements plans and systems to maintain occupancy and serve the community in conjunction with relevant residential and service options. Identify markets and resources, communicate service advantages to effectively conduct the rental and service agreement process. Adequately staff marketing function, complete REPS and RSM training, attend marketing and other community events.
