Benedictine is looking for an LPN Team Lead to partner with the Director of Nursing and ensure delivery of care is maintained for our residents. This is a great opportunity to showcase your leadership and coordinating skills.

• The LPN Lead participates in the development and implementation of the nursing/interdisciplinary care plan.
• The LPN Lead conducts a focused observation of the resident during a change in condition.

• LPN in good standing with the board of nursing.
• 5 or more years of LPN experience in a Long Term Care setting.
• Nursing management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
