The Child Day Care Assistant is responsible for assisting the Child Day Care Director with the operation and instructional leadership of the Child Day Services Program.

Ensures that all standards are maintained, and that the health, safety and positive development of the children is promoted. Works to complete prep work, clean-up routines, and keep room organized. Helps children get ready for naptime and awaken peacefully. Assists children with activities, self-help skills, mealtimes, and outdoor play.

Qualifications Required

• First Aid and Pediatric CPR Certification.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Qualifications Preferred

• Previous Child Care experience.
