The Training Mentor CNA-NAR is responsible for providing ongoing educational support and mentoring to CNA-NAR associates.

Assists in delivering orientation, onboarding and mentor responsibilities while providing effective instruction, coaching, and feedback to all assigned team members. Provides guidance on BHS standard processes and practices, assists with ongoing course completion monitoring and acts as a resource and guide to CNA-NARs while following all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Required

• In good standing on the State Nursing Assistant Registry
• Good communication skills and understanding of how to interact with diverse populations.
• Possess solid command of accepted educational interventions and practices for CNA/NAR position.
• Demonstrate strong skills in time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Adept at the use of electronic documentation systems within the scope of the CNA/NAR position.

Qualifications Preferred

• Previous experience with educating, coaching, and mentoring adults.
