Our LPN – Clinical Reimbursement coordinators make a tremendous difference in the quality of life of our residents by ensuring safety and needs are being met in all aspects of care. As a LPN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator, you will manage the resident’s MDS/RAI care plan from admission to discharge. 

Responsibilities

  • The LPN ensures all Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed on the MDS item sets.
  • The LPN assists in completion of Benedictine Patient Driver Payment Model (PDPM) worksheets to evaluate for completion of Interim Payment Assessments under PDPM.  

Qualifications

  • LPN in good standing with the board of nursing.
  • Experience in working with MDS, Medicare, assessment, and care planning processes.
  • Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
  • Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MatrixCare.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
