The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the selection, training, development, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry staff.
Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and conducts performance reviews. Maintains cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines. Completes resident discharges and prepares rooms for next admission.
