This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies for the organization with an emphasis on culture, position fit, and creativity. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and guiding direct reports to source candidates, drive recruitment activities, establish a pipeline with qualified candidates, promote the Benedictine mission, core values, and culture to prospective candidates, and court bench candidates. This position is also responsible for Benedictine Support Center full cycle recruitment.
