Overview

This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies for the organization with an emphasis on culture, position fit, and creativity. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and guiding direct reports to source candidates, drive recruitment activities, establish a pipeline with qualified candidates, promote the Benedictine mission, core values, and culture to prospective candidates, and court bench candidates. This position is also responsible for Benedictine Support Center full cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and performs full-lifecycle recruitment efforts to secure qualified candidates to fill open positions within the Support Center and any assigned positions in communities. Ensure Benedictine attracts and hires associates with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to support the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Provides leadership, direction and training to direct reports to ensure Benedictine expectations are met.
  • Manages external recruiting resources and connections and continues to elevate the Benedictine brand.
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Associate’s Degree and three (3) to five (5) years of staffing/recruitment experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree with at least one (1) year of recruitment related experience
  • At lease one (1) year of experience recruiting in the long-term care industry
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proven candidate sourcing and candidate relationship building skills

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

  • Multi-site/high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of long-term care and industry standards
