Overview

This position is responsible for developing census through relationship management with prospective families, residents, referral sources and other key stakeholders.  Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains, develops or improves occupancy levels to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans.
  • Utilizes lead management software for tracking prospects, scheduling activities and reporting data.
  • Serves as primary contact for incoming inquiries from prospects and referral sources and responds to inquiries within identified timeframe.
  • Conduct systematized, proactive follow-up with prospects and referral sources.
  • Cultivates referrals and inquiries and maintains relationships.
  • Prepare for and conduct appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

  • One to three years of marketing experience.

 

Qualifications Preferred:  

  • Sales/marketing experience; housing sales preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism and/or related field.
  • Experience leading, coaching, developing staff
