Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for promoting the employment opportunities for an assigned region within Benedictine and finding the best talent for each position using a variety of recruitment methods. This position collaborates continuously with their assigned region’s HR, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure adequate talent is in the pipeline and hired. The Talent Acquisition Partner supports their region by being strategic and understanding each community’s hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner conducts sourcing activities and recruiting opportunities while applying knowledge of Benedictine hiring goals to identify candidates who are an exceptional fit. Specific activities include, but are not limited to sourcing by utilizing various recruiting platforms, hiring event planning, market analysis, screening and interviewing, and creating a pipeline of talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a talent pool to support Benedictine hiring needs by sourcing qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate all regional recruitment efforts including sourcing of qualified candidates, creating job postings, attending recruitment job fairs, and maintaining recruitment efforts on job boards.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the unique culture of each assigned Benedictine community in order to find adequate talent.
  • Create enticing job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Participate in email blasts, call blasts, and other recruitment communications. Monitor effectiveness and adapt as necessary. 
  • Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
  • Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Associate’s Degree and/or three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and knowledge of onboarding processes.
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to travel to assigned Benedictine communities.

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Knowledge of long-term care and industry standards
  • Experience with social media for recruitment purposes.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience working with electronic application programs.

Salary Range

$28- $32
