This position assists with the administration of Human Resource policies and programs while providing supervisors and managers with support to comply with organizational policies and state and federal laws.
Completes delegated recruitment duties. This may include but is not limited to: updating online employment opportunities, coordinating advertising with media, screening applicants, checking references, verifying previous employment, background checks and validating license/certifications. Schedules and facilitates the new employee welcome orientation program including new hire paperwork and processes. Assists with delegated Human Resource, Payroll, and/or Benefit activities. Maintains electronic and paper records for associates.
