Responsible for coordinating daily and monthly staffing schedules for the Benedictine Internal Float Pool. Fills open shifts submitted by Benedictine communities through a centralized ticketing system, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage based on community needs and resident acuity/census. Partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and oversees the onboarding of new IFP associates. Supports HR functions by assisting with the implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance-related tasks as directed.
