The RN Supervisor is responsible for administrative and clinical leadership for the nursing staff and ensures staff meets the mandatory training requirements by managing the staff development program.
Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department’s quality assurance program, including guest, family, and staff satisfaction; safety and risk management; and strategic planning. Develops and maintains policies and procedures. Implements and monitors the nursing department budget and recommends acquisition of supplies and equipment.
This position has a $5,000 Sign On Bonus. Days of the week are flexible as are the hours.
