Responsibilities

  • Review Internal Float Pool associate availability, licenses, and certifications regularly to identify scheduling opportunities that align with associate qualifications and preferences.

Maintain accurate records of associates trained and in good standing at each Benedictine community in order to facilitate efficient and effective deployment of IFP associates.
  • Monitor associate participation to ensure compliance with shift requirements - minimum of two shifts per month.
  • Maintain an up-to-date contact list of Internal Float Pool associates and manage their inclusion in email, text, and other communication lists by adding or removing individuals as needed. Enter and update associate entries in PDS if HR Representative support is limited.
  • Audit and approve timecards and punch requests for Internal Float Pool associates. Collaborate with community staff and HR to resolve missing punches, unscheduled shifts, or discrepancies. Maintain master attendance files and document attendance or tardiness in accordance with policy.

Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition team to schedule and complete interviews for potential Internal Float Pool associates.
