Overview

The ADS Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and coordinator of the department. 

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and implements a comprehensive adult day service program that’s in compliance with state and federal regulations.  Maintains staff ratio as mandated by State Adult Day Care regulations.  Provides fiscal management for department operations to ensure proper utilization of financial resources.  Assures regulatory compliance in the facility.

Qualifications

Qualifications Required

  • Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing, or two (2) years of post-secondary education and completion of two (2) years of paid or volunteer experience in planning or delivering health or social services, including supervision and administration; or completion of four (4) years of experience in planning or delivering health or social services, including two (2) years of experience in supervision and administration. 
  • BLS Certification.
  • Valid Driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle assigned to operate
  • Acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine requirements.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.

Additional Information

The Adult Day Supervisor role is salary. 
LPN license not required but preferred.

 

 

Your final wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the wage range and hiring at the maximum of the wage range is not typical.
