The Lead Therapist PT is responsible for assisting with operation and fiscal activities of physical therapy. 

Plans and develops systems and processes to improve the operating quality, safety and efficiency of the department.   Assists with hiring, training, supervising, and coaching employees.   Provides educational in-services and participates in marketing activities.  Manages daily departmental activities related to budget, staffing, supplies, Medicare, and other payment utilization.

Qualifications Required

• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, which must be in good standing.
• Associate’s degree.
