6am- 2:15pm Day Shift, 2pm-10:15pm, 3pm-8pm, 4pm-9pm Evening Shift and 10pm - 6:15am Night Shift

*Extra $3.00 per of hour on top of your base pay when hired as a Full Time Flex Scheduled employee by agreeing to work Days/Eves or Eves/Night and being scheduled based on the need of the department between the two shifts you make the extra $3.00 hour on all hours worked.
*Extra $10 per hour on top of your base pay when hired for the additional weekend package which would be required to work 5 out of 6 weekends.
The CNA-NAR is responsible for providing resident care as required under the direct supervision of the RN or LPN.
Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all residents and documents the plan of care results. Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.
