Madonna Living Community is now seeking applicant for an upcoming CNA Class. THIS CLASS IS FREE and you will be paid for your time. Space is limited in the class. November 30 -December 11th.

This online and in person class is a two week course.  You will be required to have your own computer, wifi access and web camera to attend the daily classes.  Class is from 8am - 4:30pm.

Driving will be required (to and from Redwing) to be onsite for first day of class and Fridays for Labs/Skills. All applicants must complete an application, be interviewed, pass both background checks and references, them complete orientation before starting the CNA Class. Students hired and selected for this classes will be required to work for Madonna Living Community as a Full Time employee for atleast a year on Evening or Night shift.  If that requirement isn't completed the students will be required to repay the full cost of the class to Madonna Living Community.  Upon successful completion of the class you will be placed into a full time position on evenings or nights at one of our three locations Madonna Towers, Madonna Meadows or Madonna Summit of Byron.


The CNA-NAR is responsible for providing resident care as required under the direct supervision of the RN or LPN. 


Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all residents and documents the plan of care results. Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.


Qualifications Required

  • In good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.

Qualifications Preferred

  • Experience in health care or long term care.
  • CPR certified.
