Earn while you learn - we hire you as an employee of St. Benedict's and pay you while you work towards working with our residents. Your fees are paid as well and all successful trainees are given an increase in their wage once they successfully pass the certification testing.
Must be available to attend all sessions.
FT and PT positions available on the Day, PM, or NOC shift, upon successful completion of certification.
Shift differential and sign on bonus for eligible statuses.
Starting wage - $15.17/hr - Will increase to $16.78/hr upon certification.
All FT statuses eligible for benefits.
The CNA-NAR is responsible for providing resident care as required under the direct supervision of the RN or LPN.
Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all residents and documents the plan of care results. Completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communicates and interacts with patients, residents, families and other health team members to assure resident safety and well-being.
