Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPN’s who will provide quality patient-centered, evidenced-based care to our greatest assets – our Residents.
The Home Health OT Assistant is a clinically competent and licensed professional who provides treatment for Home Care/Home Health residents/patients under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist. Effectively and professionally interacts with residents/patients, family members, responsible party and other home health care team members, while maintaining standards of professional conduct. This position complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards.
The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
