The Home Health Manager is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, analyzing and evaluating the services of the Home Care department in order to provide effective home health services that meet practice and quality standards. The Home Health Manager is accountable for home care residents/patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. This position also effectively interacts with clients, family members, responsible parties, and other health team members with maintaining standards of nursing.
The HR Representative is accountable for the general day to day operations of human resources, payroll, and benefits in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. This role effectively interacts with facility leadership and staff while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.

The Home Health Aide will provide home health patient/resident care and performs medication administration and various treatments under the direction of the licensed nurse as required. This position works closely with the Benedictine Foundation on developing and executing fundraising strategies and implementing best practices. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, management competencies, communication skills, and ethical principles.
