The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in the enhancement of the residents’ quality of life through social, spiritual, therapeutic, and other wellness activities and programs within the community.
The Nursing Assistant Trainee is responsible for implementing the appropriate plan of care required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse.
The Nurse Aide Partner is a non-certified individual whose function is to assist the CNA/NAR with tasks that service the resident but do not require certification. This position will enhance the resident experience by ensuring a home-like environment and availability of leisure activities while assuring resident safety and care.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for a particular unit of residents and the direct care staff. Manages the care process of the residents by coordinating and overseeing the provided care.
The Wellness Director is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of the wellness program and meeting the social and wellness needs of the residents through planned wellness activities, exercise programming, leisure activities, and continued interaction with community groups.
