This position is responsible for providing time & attendance, payroll, system maintenance, service, and support to BHS owned/managed communities while enforcing payroll policies and procedures. Complete the payroll process for Support Center and community associates.
Associates of Benedictine Health System (BHS) enjoy a variety of benefits when joining our team. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing census through relationship management with prospective families, residents, referral sources, and other key stakeholders.
Manage daily operations of an Independent Living Housing setting or for designated functions within a Housing with Services setting, (generally not to include clinical service oversight) within parameters of established policies/procedures, regulations, and standards of practice; and in keeping with the mission and values of the organization. Supervise and direct the work of assigned associates. Create and maintain a high level of tenant and associate satisfaction. Develop and implement marketing and strategic plans in collaboration with Administrator/CEO.
