The RN is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate plan of care based on the residents’ needs, evaluating and making the necessary changes to the plan of care.
The Nurse Aide Partner is a non-certified individual whose function is to assist the CNA/NAR with tasks that service the resident but do not require certification. This position will enhance the resident experience by ensuring a home-like environment and availability of leisure activities while assuring resident safety and care.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
