The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.

The Internal Float Pool Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Internal Float Pool scheduling needs are met by effectively managing the internal float pool function. This role oversees daily Internal Float Pool scheduling operations as well as supports and mentors’ community staffing coordinators. The Internal Float Pool Manager also assists with onboarding of new community Staffing Coordinators, supporting Benedictine Community staffing block schedules and levels, and ensuring consistency on Benedictine standards and operations of staffing.
Responsible for coordinating daily and monthly staffing schedules for the Benedictine Internal Float Pool. Fills open shifts submitted by Benedictine communities through a centralized ticketing system, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage based on community needs and resident acuity/census. Partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and supporting the onboarding of new IFP associates. Supports HR functions by assisting with the implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance-related tasks as directed.
