This position serves as a business partner to People Development colleagues and other key operations stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing support to Benedictine communities with an emphasis on labor relations support. Labor relations responsibilities include managing the labor contracts at each Benedictine community; coordinating and participating in the negotiation process, analyzing information to make business decisions, supporting the grievance process and providing training and support to managers leading in a union environment.
The Wellness Assistant is responsible for assisting in the enhancement of the residents’ quality of life through social, spiritual, therapeutic, and other wellness activities and programs within the community.

The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for leading, directing, analyzing, staffing and evaluating the nursing services of the department, as well as supervising members of the nursing team and others. You may assume the charge responsibilities in the absence of the Administrator/Housing Director.
