The Foundation Development Director is responsible for raising funds to meet the organization’s financial goals through a variety of fundraising channels. This position works closely with the Benedictine Foundation on developing and executing fundraising strategies and implementing best practices. The Maintenance Technician II performs work related to the daily operation and maintenance of the facility. Duties may include a variety of non-routine, semi-skilled duties pertaining to maintaining the equipment, physical plant, grounds, and maintenance of boilers at campuses utilizing boilers. This position will work with and support coworkers in all departments to ensure the equipment, facility, and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and attractive in accordance with all current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
This position will assist with resident and family communication and will assist with the supervision and direction of associates assisting residents in independent and assisted living communities. Assists residents, and/or tenants, with their physical and/or psycho-social needs. Ensure that resident and family needs are met through one-to-one visits, scheduled resident/family meetings or care conferences, and providing resources and connections to community services and education. Assists Executive Director/Housing Director in lease signings, lease violations, tenant issues, basic tours of the community, and ongoing follow-up.
