The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) Float will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) Float completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position in order to assure resident safety and well-being. This position will be required to travel and provide care at all BHS communities within the assigned region as need/required.
The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions.
The PT Assistant is responsible for providing treatment for residents/patients under the physical therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.
The Non-Certified Nursing Assistant will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Non-Certified Nursing Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care.
