The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
The OT Assistant is responsible for providing treatment for residents/patients under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.
The TMA is responsible for providing resident/patient care as required and performing medication administration and various treatments under the direction of a licensed nurse.
The Maintenance Technician II performs work related to the daily operation and maintenance of the facility. Duties may include a variety of non-routine, semi-skilled duties pertaining to maintaining the equipment, physical plant, grounds, and maintenance of boilers at campuses utilizing boilers. This position will work with and support coworkers in all departments to ensure the equipment, facility, and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and attractive in accordance with all current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility.
The RN is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate plan of care based on the residents’ needs, evaluating and making the necessary changes to the plan of care.
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float is a clinically competent position that provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members to assure resident safety. This position will be required to travel and provide care at all BHS communities within the assigned region as need/required.
