The RN Supervisor is responsible for administrative and clinical leadership for the nursing staff and ensures staff meets the mandatory training requirements by managing the staff development program.
A Registered Nurse (RN) Float is a clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, family members, responsible party and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. The RN Float plans, assesses, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident while assuring resident safety at all times. The RN Float ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician. This position will be required to travel and provide care at all BHS communities within the assigned region as need/required.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
