This position is responsible for performing accounts receivable daily processing for the MatrixCare Long Term Care accounts receivable (A/R) system and assuring workflow between the individual Communities and the Central Billing Office (CBO) is accurate and timely.
This position will be located in our Fridley office.
The SNF Administrator is responsible for the operations and accountable for operating outcomes of an assigned owned/managed SNF service line under the guidance of the Executive Director to ensure regulatory compliance, profitability, achievement of system goals, measurement metrics, satisfaction, quality, Benedictine experience, and assure the mission and values of Benedictine are maintained.
The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, analyzing and evaluating the nursing services of the department, as well as supervising members of the nursing team and others as assigned, in order to provide effective nursing services that meet practice and quality standards. Provides or delegates nursing and related services. The Director of Nursing may be asked to assume the charge responsibilities for the facility in the absence of the Administrator/Manager. This position may require additional hours of work on evenings and weekends outside of their normal schedule and be on-call for consultation when emergent issues arise in order to insure the safety and proper care of all residents.
