The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident/patient rooms, public and resident restrooms, and shower and bathing areas by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
This position is responsible for managing the integrity, compliance, and proper utilization of Benedictine Health Systems’ electronic health record (EHR) and other Benedictine Health System (BHS) electronic clinical data systems. This position is also responsible for management of the EHR security and Protected Health Information (PHI), EHR implementation for new community transitions, providing support to end users, training to super users and subject matter experts within each community, communication of EHR outages and contingency plans and is the primary contact for the EHR company. Other responsibilities include providing support to the Clinical Services Group (CSG) for the development, coordination, and distribution of data reports needed for clinical decision making along the ability to monitor community utilization of e-clinical software, write reports when needed and develop and present educational events in person and virtually.
